Jon Wade has been studying mainly Chinese martial arts since 1992. Styles studied have included Shaolin Hung Kuen Five Pattern kung-fu, Lee family Tai Chi, Yang family Tai Chi, Wing Chun, and currently Chow Gar Praying Mantis under the tutelage of Sifu Tony Willis. Over the years he has also had exposure to various other styles such as Ju-Jitsu, Aikido, Eskrima, Krabi Krabong, kick boxing, Taoist Tai Chi, Lau Ga kung-fu, Tao kwon-do and Karate. Today he compliments martial arts with weight training, circuit training and various relaxation techniques, including qigong. Marcia Wade has studied Hatha yoga since 1994, and has studied crystal healing, aromatherpy, meditation and reflexology, and has had some experience with acupuncture and massage.
